Korean Crossword provides users with a way to request deletion of their account and related data.
If you would like to delete your account, please use one of the following methods.
How to Request Deletion
- If account deletion is available within the app, you may delete your account directly from the Settings or Account menu.
- If in-app deletion is not available, you may request deletion by contacting us at the email address below.

When submitting a deletion request, please include one of the following for verification:
- The email address used to sign in
- An identifier associated with your account
- Your sign-in method (Google Sign-In / Sign in with Apple)
Data That May Be Deleted
When your deletion request is processed, the following data may be deleted:
- Account information
- Puzzle progress stored in the cloud
- Scores and completion records
- Settings and synchronization data
Data That May Be Retained
Some information may be retained for a limited period where necessary for:
- Legal compliance
- Security and fraud prevention
